This position requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the office calendar efficiently.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operation flow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role in an office setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
