Overview Job responsibilities and requirements for a role involving requirements elicitation, backlogs management, and collaboration between business and technology teams in fraud investigation and claims lifecycle. Responsibilities Business and Systems Requirement Elicitation, BRD / User Story creation & translation Stakeholder Management Elicit functional / business and system requirements, use stories, acceptance criteria Act as liaison between business and technology stakeholders Translate BRD into structured user stories, own and manage backlog for agile teams Delivery and program oversight Support data migration activities Perform cost and revenue, profitability analysis Across fraud investigation and claims lifecycle Requirements and acceptance criteria development for claims fulfilment and fraud prevention Agile Scrum experience (CSM) Stakeholder management activities Qualifications BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
