The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams in a fast-paced banking environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Remove impediments and ensure team productivity
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage backlog and priorities
- Track sprint progress and provide status updates
- Promote continuous improvement and team accountability
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Background in Banking/Financial Services preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
