Job Description:
Ally Bank is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
Remove impediments and ensure team productivity
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage backlog and priorities
Track sprint progress and provide status updates
Promote continuous improvement and team accountability

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
Background in Banking/Financial Services preferred

Nice to Have:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent

Experience working with distributed teams
