In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Previous working experience as a scrum master.
Should have strong financial domain experience.
Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
Candidate should have exp. with project management background.
Familiarity with software development
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Prefer to have some AWM testing exp.
Scrum master certification required.
