BILINGUAL Spanish/English Fund/Client Accountant

Genesis10 is currently seeking a BILINGUAL Spanish/English Fund/Client Accountant for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity that requires 4 days per week onsite. Pay Rate: $27.79 per hour W2. This role assists in conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and funds. The successful candidate will focus on driving service improvement plans, enhancing processes, and performing specialist review functions. Key responsibilities include allocating expenses, preparing reports, and managing cash and asset reconciliations for assigned funds.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting accounting services for assigned clients and funds
• Drive Service Improvement plans, target efficiencies, and enhance processes
• Perform cash and asset reconciliations for assigned funds
• Reconcile account expenses and ensure they are allocated appropriately
• Escalate complex transactions to senior team members
• Prepare first draft reports for clients regarding fund performance
• May assist in answering client questions regarding fund reports and accounting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in accounting is preferred
• FX Experience
• Banking/payment experience
• Client/customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• Fluent in Spanish & English (bilingual)
