Role Snapshot Title: AssociateBrand Manager - CPG Company Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3+ Years Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 + bonus About the Opportunity Talento has partnered with a fast-growing, innovative CPG company to identify an Associate Brand Manager to translate consumer, category and business insights into strategies and initiatives that strengthen the brand and drive sustainable growth. The Associate Brand Manager partners cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Finance, Operations and Marketing teams to bring new products, packaging and marketing initiatives to life. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging brand marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to build iconic consumer brands. Responsibilities Analyze consumer, category, competitive and business performance data to identify growth opportunities and support brand recommendations. Independently manage assigned brand initiatives and cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization. Support innovation launches, packaging updates and marketing programs that drive awareness, trial and business performance. Develop project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time. Translate consumer and marketplace insights into actionable recommendations. Partner with Sales to develop compelling selling stories and customer-facing marketing materials. Support annual business planning, portfolio management, and brand-building initiatives. Monitor brand performance and provide ongoing analysis to identify opportunities and risks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 1–3 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, Innovation, Insights, Category Management or another related CPG marketing function. Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated, consumer, sales and market data to develop business recommendations. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to execute innovation, commercialization, packaging or marketing initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for building brands and delivering business results.
