iStaffing is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Recruiting Assistant to join our team. This position combines front office responsibilities with recruiting support and is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administrative Support

• Greet and assist walk-in applicants in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Respond to applicant inquiries regarding job opportunities and application status.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide general office support as needed.

Recruiting Support

• Assist candidates with completing employment applications and onboarding paperwork.
• Post and maintain job openings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Source and contact potential candidates for open positions.
• Conduct basic candidate pre-screening interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruiting databases.
• Support recruiters with daily recruiting activities and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
