Senior Marketing Manager, HCP Non-Personal Promotions, Prostate Cancer

What you will do

In this vital role you will lead the HCP non-personal promotional strategy and execution for Amgen’s prostate cancer asset, creating high-impact customer experiences that help healthcare professionals navigate complex treatment decisions and improve care for people living with metastatic prostate cancer.

• Own the HCP non-personal promotional strategy, annual plan, and integrated activation roadmap for the U.S. prostate cancer business, translating brand strategy and customer insights into a connected, customer-first experience.
• Design and deliver compliant, insight-led HCP campaigns across priority digital, media, and other non-personal channels, with clear objectives, audience strategy, content, sequencing, and channel roles.
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, Business Analysis & Insights (BAI), Global Commercial Capabilities & Innovation (GCCI), Regulatory, Legal and other cross-functional teams to deliver a coordinated experience across the prostate cancer care ecosystem.
• Lead customer journey mapping, segmentation, and test-and-learn plans; use qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize audience strategy, content, channel mix, and campaign performance.
• Establish a rigorous performance management approach, synthesizing campaign, customer, and business signals into actionable recommendations and clearly communicating progress, risks, and decisions to senior leaders.
• Manage agency and vendor partners, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with high standards for quality, compliance, speed, and operational excellence; contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture that develops talent and raises the bar.

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing, sales, and/or commercial operations experience OR
• Master’s degree and 4 years of marketing, sales, and/or commercial operations experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of marketing, sales, and/or commercial operations experience OR
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of marketing, sales, and/or commercial operations experience OR
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing, sales, and/or commercial operations experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading HCP and / or patient marketing in the U.S. pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including development of integrated campaigns across channel types
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn complex therapeutic areas and translate scientific, customer, and market dynamics into compelling HCP promotion; oncology marketing experience and familiarity with prostate cancer care pathways and the multidisciplinary care ecosystem are preferred
• Demonstrated ability to convert customer, market, and performance data into crisp insights, strategic choices, and measurable test-and-learn optimization plans
• Experience leading agencies and external partners, managing complex workstreams and budgets, and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence skills, with the judgment to navigate medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in a patient-centered, customer-relevant way
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to make complex concepts clear and build alignment across diverse stakeholders

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
