As a sales consultant with La-Z-Boy Home Furnishing and Décor of Indianapolis, you will be able to connect with our wonderful customers and hear why they are replacing their furniture! Many will share their memories of the furniture they are replacing. You will become curious about their room(s) to help create more memories! La-Z-Boy is a leading furniture manufacturer in North America! As the inventor of the recliner, our sales consultants take pride in representing the best made reclining furniture available. We do not stop there; we are curious about our customers’ project and ask questions that lead us to know what is most important to their family! An interest in interior design is helpful but not required, you will partner with your store’s interior designer to help you with larger projects. Our sales team enjoys a competitive pay! To start your career with us, our TRAINING PAY PACKAGE will help you transition until you earn commission based upon delivered furniture! We offer a generous 401k match and health care plans that are partially paid. Having a strong work / life balance is important to us. Working full time is only 38 hours a week, which is rewarding!
