Automotive Sales Consultant

As a Customer Specialist in CarMax’s Customer Service & Support department, you will guide shoppers through a transparent, no-haggle car-buying and selling experience. You’ll greet customers, assess their needs, and use CarMax’s user-friendly systems to recommend vehicles, explain features, and coordinate test drives. Partnering with sales and finance teams, you’ll support every step from selection to paperwork, ensuring clarity and trust. You’ll manage follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a clean, welcoming showroom.
