Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.Role & Responsibility Testing company products Developing, analyzing, and utilizing Quality data to drive improvement activities Actively engage in measurement analysis utilizing statistical tools Assisting in developing and implementing process verification and improvements Working with various Bobcat departments to improve product quality Contributing to Quality Engineering programs, including root-cause analysis, data compilation and analysis, quality audits, Product Quality Teams, reporting and metric development, New Product DevelopmentJob Requirement Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in engineering or equivalent 3.0 or higher GPA preferred Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4-months) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) Communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
