The Pre-Production Specialist is responsible for preparing commercial real estate marketing projects for production by coordinating property photography and creating foundational marketing assets. This role serves as the bridge between project kickoff and marketing production, ensuring every project begins with accurate, high-quality visuals and site graphics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI-powered design tools alongside Adobe Illustrator to create professional aerial maps, site plans, and property graphics. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficiency, consistency, and institutional-quality marketing materials.
