Technology Transactions Lateral Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Technology Transactions practice in Palo Alto, CA. The candidate will engage in technology-focused commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to technology and intellectual property. This role offers a blend of standalone commercial work and deal-driven technology transactions.
