ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Job Overview A ServiceNow Business Process Consultant who translates client requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications aligned with ServiceNow. Leads workshops, facilitates stakeholder interviews, supports UAT/QA, collaborates cross‑functionally and delivers value‑driven outcomes. Responsibilities Translate client requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications aligned with ServiceNow. Lead process workshops, facilitate stakeholder interviews, develop feature lists and user stories for Agile delivery, and provide guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients define future‑state service delivery processes while ensuring alignment to platform standards. Support UAT and QA, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver value‑driven outcomes. Travel may be required – 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in the ServiceNow platform. Minimum 2+ years’ experience leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition, process improvement, and re‑engineering. Minimum 2+ years’ experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, process documents and creating user stories. Minimum 2+ years’ experience identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow. Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related field preferred (or equivalent of 12 years work experience; associate’s degree with 6 years). Bonus Points ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification. Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification. ServiceNow CSA and other ServiceNow certifications. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation skills. Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Extensive process management experience. Agile Scrum Master certification.
