Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.09 - $17.09 / Hour Job Schedule Mon – 11:00 AM – 05:00 PM Tue – 11:00 AM – 05:00 PM Wed – 11:00 AM – 05:00 PM Thu – 11:00 AM – 05:00 PM Fri – 11:00 AM – 05:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned locations to help support authorized access, observe daily activity, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations. Assist with routine reporting, incident documentation, and customer inquiries while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal standards and site‑specific expectations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
