I opened my agency in 2026 after gaining firsthand experience as a State Farm team member. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the business and helped shape the type of agency and team culture I wanted to build. Outside of work, I’m married with two kids and enjoy staying active, especially playing pickleball. Supporting our local community is important to us. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager for Amber Garrity - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:
