Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own and drive recruitment across Bettervits and our wider group of fast-growing consumer brands, with a clear focus on attracting exceptional talent, improving hiring quality, and building high-performing teams. This is a commercially driven role for someone who has successfully recruited across a range of functions within fast-growing businesses and knows how to find outstanding candidates rather than simply relying on inbound applications. You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, proactively headhunting talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and working closely with leadership to ensure we consistently hire the best people. We're looking for someone who understands that exceptional businesses are built by exceptional people. You'll be highly resourceful, persistent, and confident approaching candidates who aren't actively looking for a new role. You'll combine strong commercial judgment with excellent people skills, move quickly, and take personal ownership of every hire. You'll be obsessed with finding the right people, continuously improving our recruitment process, and focused on the metrics that matter: quality of hire, time to hire, candidate conversion, and recruitment costs. What You’ll Be Responsible For Own end-to-end recruitment across Bettervits and our wider group of brands, working closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and deliver exceptional talent across commercial, marketing, operations, finance, technology, and leadership roles Proactively source and headhunt high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including writing compelling job descriptions, advertising roles, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview processes, managing candidate relationships, and negotiating offers through to acceptance Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, identifying high-performing individuals at relevant businesses and building relationships with exceptional candidates before positions become available Build and optimize our recruitment processes, systems, and reporting, ensuring a fast, structured, and high-quality candidate experience while tracking key metrics such as time to hire, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, quality of hire, and recruitment costs Partner closely with leadership to continuously improve hiring decisions, develop competitive compensation packages, strengthen our employer brand, and reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies while maintaining a consistently high standard of talent acquisition What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment role, ideally within a high-growth direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, consumer goods, or technology business Exceptional hands-on sourcing and headhunting skills, with extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, direct outreach, and other creative techniques to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates A strong track record of successfully recruiting across multiple business functions and seniority levels, with the ability to assess both technical capabilities and commercial fit while consistently delivering high-quality hires Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to approach senior candidates, challenge hiring managers, negotiate offers, and represent our brands professionally throughout the recruitment process Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, maintaining structured candidate pipelines, and using recruitment data to improve hiring speed, quality, and efficiency A highly proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset, combining strong commercial judgment with the determination to personally find, engage, and secure exceptional candidates rather than relying on job advertisements or external agencies Bonus Previous experience recruiting for direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, supplements, health and wellness, or other fast-growing consumer brands Experience headhunting talent from leading e-commerce, retail, marketing, or technology businesses, particularly for difficult-to-fill specialist and senior management positions Experience recruiting internationally, particularly across the UK, USA, and Europe, including remote teams and contractor arrangements Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment automation, AI-powered sourcing tools, and building efficient recruitment workflows Experience developing employer branding initiatives, employee referral programs, and long-term talent pipelines to attract exceptional candidates Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership teams in entrepreneurial, fast-paced businesses, with a strong understanding of the urgency, adaptability, and commercial judgment required in a scaling organization The Rewards Fully remote - work from anywhere Competitive Compensation Package Flexible working environment - results > hours No micromanagement - full ownership Fast-paced, ambitious team culture Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Bettervits
