This newly created role will lead a small team and partner closely with HR leadership to shape and deliver a high-impact talent strategy. 4 days on site - WFH Fridays 2 Direct Reports This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build processes, and drive performance. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of recruiters and a dotted-line HR coordinator Overseeing full-cycle recruitment for a select portfolio of roles Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals Supporting workforce planning and forecasting hiring needs Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels Enhancing recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience Collaborating on onboarding, retention, and other strategic HR initiatives Managing employer branding and employee value proposition efforts Ensuring compliance and timely execution of recruitment activities Partnering with the Managing Director of HR to uphold and evolve best practices across the talent function To be successful in this role our client is looking for a: Talent acquisition or HR professional with 7+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional with experience in recruitment and generalist HR functions Leader who can manage with both diplomacy and directness Individual with knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR analytics Candidate familiar with labor laws and DEI initiatives Professional experienced in workforce planning and position control (preferred) As a specialist HR & Reward search and recruitment firm, we are excited to partner on this opportunity to shape a growing talent function within a values-led organization.
