Part-Time | Day Shift | One‑on‑One Care

???? Schedule: Monday & Friday| 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 5-month ‑old female child . This is a great opportunity to build meaningful connections, deliver personalized care, and see the impact of your work every single day-all in a supportive home setting.

???? What You'll Do:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Provide G‑tube care and feedings
Administer medications safely and accurately
Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

✅ What You'll Need:

Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
CPR certification
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
