ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Seeking an Account Coordinator to join our office team within the Mechanical Services Department. Please note: this position is in our office five days per week. This position will be responsible for the management of customer needs and requests. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving and working on finding solutions for our valued clients in a team environment with many collaborative responsibilities. The selected candidate will need to clearly communicate direction and solutions to teammates. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be seeking a long-term relationship with an employer to further their career. This is a full-time and non-exempt (hourly) position.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 per year

This role will specifically support the Mechanical Services line of business. Mechanical Service includes installation of commercial HVAC units; proactive maintenance of HVAC, boilers, and chillers; service repairs to HVAC, boilers, and chillers; and mechanical construction projects.

Responsiblities

• Interact with customers and continually update customers on status of accounts.
• Support clients and field technicians by quoting follow up work to aide in the operations of equipment repairs.
• Procure materials for technicians.
• Communicate with our service coordinators regarding daily account activity.
• Maintains customer database site updating daily status of workflow.
• Run weekly status reports to report service goal metrics.
• Prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in client services
• Highschool Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills required
• The successful candidate must be self-motivated, and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Qualified candidates should possess reporting and analysis skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Training will be provided on Microsoft Great Plains (also known as GP or Key2Act) and on Microsoft SharePoint

Preferred Skills

• HVAC/R industry experience preferred but not required
• Previous experience with Microsoft Great Plains (also known as GP or Key2Act) highly desired but not required to apply

Physical Requirements

• Regularly requires a high degree of mental effort, talk and hear, gross and fine manipulation, read both print and screens for extended periods of time.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Frequently required to walk and sit
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, lift 25 lbs. max, stand and stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb stairs
• Expected to work in a moderately loud level of volume environment.
