Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5).

• Developing individualized treatment plans that are culturally responsive and tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient, ensuring that all aspects, including cultural diversity and special requirements, are addressed.

• Regularly monitoring and documenting patient progress, utilizing appropriate interventions and strategies to support their mental health diagnoses.

• Preparing and maintaining accurate treatment records and clinical documentation in a timely manner, using current technology to comply with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Collaborating with patients and their families to define treatment objectives and strategies while proactively addressing issues related to patient safety and symptom management.

• Facilitating referrals and liaising between patients and other treatment providers to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication within the treatment network.

• Providing educational mentorship and guidance to students, interns, and other emerging professionals in the mental health field.

• Participating in peer reviews and clinical collaborations to enhance team performance and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications\n
