Main Requirements:

• Prepare individual and business tax returns accurately and on time 

• Provide tax planning and strategy support alongside financial advisors 

• Familiarity with tax prep software (we use Drake) 

• Help clients understand their tax liabilities and filing obligations 

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax regulations 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and communicate relevant updates 

• Work with external accountants or legal professionals as needed 

• Contribute to developing internal tax systems and improving efficiency 

• Support clients during audits or tax-related inquiries
