Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage – Property Manager We are hiring a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations. Earn $15.00 per hour with a flexible full‑time schedule (9:30 am–6 pm weekdays, weekends to 5 pm). Responsibilities Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk and move around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Qualifications Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies).
