Quick Facts Location: Children’s Plaza, Dayton, OH Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date: 02/28/2027 & 04/30/2027 (two coverage periods) Shift: Monday – Friday, 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM Hours/Week: 35 hours Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certs: Ohio Medical License, DEA, CSRs, Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology Experience: 2+ years preferred in pediatric and general anesthesiology Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $390.00/hour Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You’ll Do Provide anesthesia care for a wide age range, from neonatal to adult patients Supervise CRNAs within a collaborative care team model Manage an average of 50-60 surgical cases daily in hospital-based operating rooms Ensure patient safety and anesthesia quality in a high-volume trauma center Collaborate with a collegial team of surgeons, nurses, and OR staff Assist in anesthesia chart preparation (where applicable) Adhere to all safety protocols and standards of care in the OR What You Need Valid Ohio medical license and DEA registration Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology Experience in pediatric anesthesia preferred Ability to supervise CRNAs Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Dayton, Ohio, renowned for its comprehensive pediatric care and advanced trauma services.
