What You'll Do

• Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia care plans
• Deliver anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence for neonatal and pediatric surgical cases
• Support a Level 1 Trauma Center with 11 ORs and up to 15 surgical cases daily
• Participate in pain management procedures as needed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during anesthesia procedures
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards

What You Need

• Active Ohio RN Licensure and CRNA certification
• PALS and BLS certifications
• 0-2 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
