A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist on the 1st shift in Rathdrum, ID. This 13-week contract-to-hire role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on excellent customer service and teamwork.

Location:

• Rathdrum, ID

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (with a weekday off if working on Saturday)

Team & Workflow:

• Collaborate with a team of 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Manage prescription volume of approximately 300 – 400 per day
• Utilize the Pioneer pharmacy system

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Provide thorough patient counseling to support medication adherence and understanding
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians, fostering a productive team environment
• Emphasize exceptional customer service and contribute positively as a team player

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Idaho pharmacist license
• Proven pharmacy experience with retail pharmacy skills
• Updated resume and skills checklist available
• References ready to support your professional background

Contract to hire details:
