ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead an experienced team of seven. I’m a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and have built my entire State Farm career around serving customers, developing a strong team, and consistently striving for excellence. I’m proud to have qualified for Chairman’s Circle for 10 years, reflecting the high standards and strong performance of our agency.

Outside of work, I love to travel, spend time at the beach, play golf, and cheer on Clemson. I believe in working hard, enjoying what you do, and making time to have fun along the way. Giving back is also important to us, and I stay very involved with our local fire department.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Cliff Gaubert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
