Experienced Long-Term Care / Nurse Recruiter
Location: Omaha, NE | Onsite
Base Salary and Commission: $50,000, increasing to $60,000 plus after reaching 6–8 TOA
Nebraska First Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client seeking an experienced Long-Term Care Recruiter or Nurse Recruiter . This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least three years of healthcare recruiting experience who enjoys building relationships and connecting healthcare professionals with the right assignments.
What You’ll Do
Recruit nurses and long-term care professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Source candidates through internal database, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
Interview candidates and assess their experience, qualifications, and assignment preferences.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and start dates.
Work with credentialing and onboarding teams to prepare candidates for assignments.
Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments.
Keep accurate candidate records and build a pipeline of qualified talent.
What We’re Looking For
At least three years of experience in long-term care or nurse recruiting .
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Experience managing the recruiting process from sourcing through placement.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms.
Ability to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska.
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 starting base salary , increasing to $60,000 after reaching 6–8 TOA
Full benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage through Blue Cross .
Open PTO after 90 days .
Annual paid vacation after one year of service .
