Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as guided by our clinical team to enhance the accuracy of evaluations and interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and programs to establish and implement evidence-based support plans tailored for behavioral improvement.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating seamless coordination of care.
