This role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible 40-hour workweek. You will work in collaboration with a supportive team that is dedicated to helping clients achieve their mental health goals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Work autonomously as an Independent Contractor to develop clinical assessments for senior clients, identifying their unique needs and crafting tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Conduct regular counseling and psychotherapy sessions with adult and senior clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to support their recovery journeys.

• Research and refer clients to additional resources and services, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment plans to facilitate continuity of care.

• Effectively manage a caseload that may include multiple clients, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The primary focus of this role will be on adult and senior clients who are navigating addictions, transitional phases, or requiring detox services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
