About The Town Tavern (Copley): The Town Tavern (Copley) — a local Restaurant / Sports Bar serving Copley.
What you'll do:
- Work directly with ownership to manage events, promotions, and day-to-day operations
- Actively coach and develop team members
- Focus on cleanliness standards
- Analyze sales and labor numbers
- Maintain proficient knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- Apply the restaurant's steps of service
What you'll need:
- 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience
- 3 years of management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Highly adaptable to the changing needs of the restaurant
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
- 3+ years of bartending experience
