General Manager - Restaurant & Bar

Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Medina runs weekend brunch, the $5 for $5 Happy Hour, the Hops & Shots beer-and-spirits program, and a weekly features rotation. We're hiring a General Manager – Restaurant & Bar to lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage scheduling and daily operations, and control food, beverage, and labor costs.

About Johnny J's Pub & Grille (Medina): Johnny J's Pub & Grille (Medina) — a local Restaurant / Sports Bar serving Medina.

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
• Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
• Ensure guest service and food quality across brunch, Happy Hour, and regular service
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Help drive sales and restaurant profitability

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred)
• Full-service restaurant or bar experience
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
