Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Medina runs the $5 for $5 Happy Hour, weekend brunch, and the Hops & Shots beer-and-spirits program. We're hiring a Restaurant Manager to work directly with ownership on events, promotions, and daily operations, coaching the team and analyzing sales and labor numbers.

What you'll do:
- Work directly with ownership on events, promotions, and daily restaurant operations
- Coach and develop team members
- Focus on cleanliness standards
- Analyze sales and labor numbers
- Apply working knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
What you'll need:
- 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience
- 3 years of management experience
- Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
- 3+ years of bartending experience
