You will manage financial data and deliver accurate, timely reporting for high-net-worth individuals and their families — collaborating closely with data and client service team members to ensure every report reflects a complete and precise picture of each client's financial position.Your ResponsibilitiesManage the collection, setup, and maintenance of client account information within our reporting platform (Addepar)Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports — including performance reports, net worth statements, liquidity reports, and other custom reportsManage private investments through Arch to confirm alternative investment data is accurately reflected in our systemsPartner with clients' investment managers to verify all transactions and statements are accurately reflected in performance reportsPrepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by clients or internal stakeholdersBuild and maintain Excel models and macros to support reporting workflowsEducate and train other analysts on our reporting platformContribute to the development and continuous improvement of reporting processes and systemsUphold strict confidentiality of all client information and adhere to compliance and regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field2+ years of experience in financial reporting, ideally within a family office or similar environmentExperience working in a client-facing or high-net-worth client environmentExperience with Addepar or other portfolio reporting platformsFamiliarity with Arch or similar private investment tracking platformsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programsStrong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsDeep familiarity with alternative investments and other traditional investment vehiclesAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretionBenefitsCompetitive Salary and Annual Performance Based BonusMedical and Dental Health PlansSupplemented Health Savings Account and Health Flexible Spending AccountDependent Care Flexible Spending AccountEmployer Supplemented Health Reimbursement Account PlanShort- and Long-term disability coverage paid for by employerPaid Group Life InsuranceFlexible 401(k) retirement benefits with employer matching10 paid holidays per year plus competitive vacation and sick leaveCell phone reimbursement planOpportunity for advancement based on performance, personal growth, and cultural fitWork with a team-oriented culture that supports continuing education and career growthStrong support for volunteer, community, and/or industry involvement
