Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Configure and develop Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform data migration, data cleansing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues and production defects.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and release activities.
• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other developers.
• Support CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Salesforce DX.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and contribute to technical design decisions.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
