Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (IMCU/PCU) – New York

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: New York

Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM; floating required as needed

Highlights

• Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) with 64-bed capacity including 15 designated neuro beds
• Diverse case mix including neurology, cardiac, trauma, respiratory (COPD), DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and post-operative patients
• Specialty equipment experience: temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, Neptune Vapo systems, and chronic ventilators
• EPIC EMR system utilized throughout facility
• Adult patient population (18 years and older)
• Collaborative environment with respiratory therapy support for ventilator management

Requirements

• Active New York State RN License (must be verified through NURSYS with all RN licenses listed)
• Minimum 2+ years of recent IMCU/PCU experience required
• Documented travel nursing experience preferred
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Valid driver's license with current address
• Local and non-local candidates considered
