IT Product Owner

Our client is a premier luxury custom apparel brand that combines high-quality craftsmanship, personalized tailoring, and a unique direct-sales experience driven by an extensive network of Independent Personal Stylists. Role Overview The IT Product Owner will define and prioritize IT development initiatives while managing end-to-end project delivery across core enterprise platforms, including ERP, OMS, eCommerce, and integration tools. This role combines agile product ownership with hands-on project management, serving as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and key third-party vendors. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or IT Project Manager delivering multi-system initiatives. Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks; proven track record leading sprint ceremonies and managing product backlogs. Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Strong technical literacy across CRM, ERP, and eCommerce ecosystems (experience with NetSuite or ByDesign is a strong plus). Background in a premium/luxury brand, retail, or distributed/direct-sales model is highly preferred.
