High-Level Executive Assistant

Description Are you the person who keeps everything moving, catches the details others miss, and gets things done without being asked twice? Victoria Merchant Group is looking for a sharp, proactive High-Level Executive Assistant to become the team owner's right hand and bring structure, follow-through, and momentum to a growing real estate business. From keeping clients and transactions on track to preparing listings, coordinating staging and photography, and managing CRM follow-ups, you'll make sure the details are handled and nothing falls through the cracks. Compensation and Benefits:
• Keep leads, clients, transactions, and records organized and current
• Act as the client liaison, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through
• Coordinate listing prep, including staging, photography, and emails
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to keep projects on track
• Spot issues early, take ownership, and find practical solutions Qualifications • 2+ years of real estate, executive assistant, or administrative experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, numbers, and deadlines
• Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Tech-savvy; Brivity or similar CRM experience is a plus
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OTE: $75,000
