About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Development to spearhead its inorganic growth strategy. This executive will be responsible for leading the identification and execution of initiatives that drive growth, expand market presence, and enhance competitive differentiation. Key responsibilities include developing and leading the corporate development strategy, evaluating and executing M&A transactions, and serving as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the company's long-term vision through strategic opportunities in mergers, acquisitions, investments, and partnerships. Candidates for the Vice President, Corporate Development role at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or related strategic leadership roles. A strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, information management, or technology-driven organizations is essential. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in leading complex M&A transactions, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders and Boards of Directors. The ideal candidate will have a strategic enterprise mindset, be adept at navigating ambiguity, and have a demonstrated capability in driving value from completed transactions. While not mandatory, experience in supporting executive teams on strategic investment decisions and a proven ability to translate market insights into actionable growth opportunities are highly valued.
