Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR)A per diem occupational therapist (OT/OTR) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Pittsfield, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.The facility is a 5-star rated sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located right in the heart of the beautiful Berkshires in Pittsfield, MA. The facility features 54 light-filled private rooms each with a private full bathroom. The facility offers short-term, long-term, and outpatient rehab services in our spacious state-of-the-art gym featuring a full practice kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, and a separate private therapy room for one-on-one treatment. Come join our team and be part of our success!Requirements:Must possess a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or license eligible to practice in the state where to be employed.Prior experience in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting is required.Must enjoy working with the geriatric population to improve their quality of life.SNF experience.Good Faith Rate Range: $45.00 - $50.00We offer competitive rates and great benefits:Up to 5 weeks of paid time off to start and up to 6 weeks of PTO after 5 years of employment.Continuing Education program.401(k) plan with a discretionary employer match.Flexible schedules to promote a balance between career and personal life.Mentor programs for therapists interested in.Responsibilities and Qualifications:The qualified candidate will:· Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.· Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.· Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.· Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.· Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.· Work well with others in a team setting.· Be flexible with hours.
