COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO)
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $625,000+ based on experience
- Production Bonus available when base salary goals are exceeded
- $100,000 Sign-On Bonus paid over 3 years ($33K annually)

- CME: 5 days and $3,800 annually

- Join an established, collaborative team with an existing Urologist and dedicated support staff
- Bread-and-Butter Urology with the option to utilize the DaVinci Robot
- Current Urologist sees approximately 22 patients per day
- New physician will build volume gradually with strong referral support
- Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Open to discussing a 4-day work week / four 10-hour shifts
- Strong administrative support and physician leadership
- Team-oriented culture that values autonomy and collaboration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum of one year of experience preferred
- DaVinci experience is a plus but not required
- Team player who enjoys collaboration but is also comfortable working alone.
