About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Finance to lead its financial organization with a strategic and hands-on approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial aspects, including accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, credit, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. This role involves serving as a senior finance leader and strategic business partner, providing financial guidance to support the company's growth and long-term objectives. The VP of Finance will also oversee the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, and lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and hold a CPA or CMA designation. A minimum of 7 years' progressive financial leadership experience is required, with a strong background in technical accounting, GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting.
