My name is Ben Burns, and I know what it's like to work hard without feeling appreciated.

I spent years as a technician before opening my first shop in 2013 because I believed there had to be a better way to treat employees. I wanted to build a company where people were respected, where the equipment and tools were never an excuse, and where employees actually enjoyed coming to work.

Today, Burns Auto Group has grown to seven locations, but our mission hasn't changed.

We believe that when we take care of our employees, they'll take great care of our customers.

No two days are the same.

One customer may need an oil change.

The next may need a complete engine replacement.

Then a fleet customer arrives with multiple vehicles that help keep local businesses running.

We work on virtually every make and model on the road, from family vehicles to commercial fleet vehicles and box trucks.

At Randy's Auto, you'll work with:

Our heavy-duty lift allows us to service vehicles many independent shops simply can't accommodate, creating opportunities to build long-term relationships with both retail and commercial customers.

• Welcome every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Guide customers through the repair process from arrival to vehicle pickup.
• Keep customers informed throughout their visit.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs stay on track.
• Build long-term relationships with both retail and fleet customers.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience every day.

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred. We're looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of the role and is eager to continue growing with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
