About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead the strategic planning and execution of enterprise communication programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that employees and stakeholders are well-informed and engaged with the company's key business priorities. This role involves translating various global initiatives, including M&A, HR, and organizational changes, into cohesive communication strategies. The VP will also be tasked with building and managing the necessary workplans, stakeholder maps, and measurement approaches to ensure consistent messaging across different regions and functions. A strong background in corporate communications, particularly within fast-paced, highly regulated industries, is essential, as is experience in leading multi-stakeholder communications for significant business events. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Communications position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic corporate communications, with a proven track record in leading communications for M&A, acquisitions, or organizational transformations. The role requires a candidate with strong writing and storytelling skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a demonstrated background in supporting senior leadership communications. Experience in global team collaboration, as well as the use of data and employee insights to measure and improve communication effectiveness, is also necessary.
