About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Brand Strategist to take on a highly visible leadership role in the development of brand strategy for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading brand strategy development, annual planning, and positioning initiatives, as well as facilitating various strategic sessions with clients. This role requires a professional with a strong background in brand positioning, market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis, who can translate these into actionable recommendations and serve as a trusted strategic partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading client-facing workshops, planning sessions, and strategic discussions, and will be adept at working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Applicants for the Vice President, Brand Strategist position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in medical communications agency strategy, specifically with pharmaceutical clients. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of brand strategy within a medical communications, healthcare advertising, or life sciences consulting environment. Key qualifications include the ability to conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and SWOT evaluations to identify growth opportunities, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. The role is pivotal in helping clients shape brand direction, uncover market opportunities, and drive meaningful engagement with customers and stakeholders, making it essential for the candidate to be adept at leading strategic initiatives and working in a dynamic, client-focused setting.
