Location: Sunnyvale, CA (onsite) Job Type: Fulltime Salary Range: $90,000 - $121,000 a year

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on Python backend development to design, build, and maintain high-performance cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask, API development, distributed systems, databases, testing, and system design. The candidate will focus on building robust server-side logic, developing secure APIs, managing data persistence layers, and delivering scalable microservices. The role requires close collaboration with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and high-performance business platforms.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python 3.10+
• Strong experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming using asyncio
• Strong understanding of system design and distributed systems
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance backend systems
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Experience with ORM/ODM tools such as SQLAlchemy and Django ORM
• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Experience with Pytest and unittest
• Experience with dependency management tools such as Poetry or Pipenv
• Strong Git experience including branching, merging, pull requests, and code reviews
• Understanding of Docker/containerization and cloud deployments
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
