Provide personalized speech therapy sessions, concentrating on communication, language acquisition, fluency issues, voice modulation, and swallowing rehabilitation.

Work in partnership with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to develop integrated care approaches.

Deliver educational resources to patients and families to encourage progress during and after therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring a seamless care transition throughout treatment.

Keep meticulous and prompt documentation that complies with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Engage in ongoing learning opportunities through professional development and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods applicable to all ages, along with a deep understanding of developmental and acquired communication, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication abilities allowing for effective interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Skillful at modifying therapy techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
