Job Summary We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of our customer lounge. Description The Part-Time Receptionist position at Jim Glover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Owasso, Oklahoma is a valuable role within our company. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression. Schedule Working on alternating weeknights from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Every Saturday, with shifts alternating between mornings and evenings Compensation $12.00/hour Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence Requirements Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Benefits Competitive hourly wage Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company About the Company Jim Glover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is a reputable automotive dealership located in Owasso, Oklahoma.
