Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of all daily accounting functions. This on-site role requires a hands-on, detaildriven bookkeeper who can independently manage the company's financial operations.
Salary: $60,000-$65,000

Bookkeeper Offering:

- 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Strong invoicing, costing, and inventory skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) and Excel.
- Organized, accurate, and able to work independently
- Full-cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, GL, reconciliations.
- Heavy invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Inventory tracking and costing accuracy.
- Month-end close, journal entries, financial statements.
- Budget support, variance analysis, audit prep.
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights
