Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to guide patient care decisions.
- Monitor patient status, document assessments and interventions, administer medications and treatments per orders, and participate in handoffs.
- Promote patient safety, advocate for patients and families, and contribute to care planning and quality improvement efforts.
- Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care and timely escalation when conditions change.

- Ability to work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift
- Willingness to relocate to or operate in Simi Valley, CA for the assignment
- Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
